Through this membership based program; SB Consulting has structured it’s curriculum, as follows:

1. Monthly Topics: each month we dive into specific topics that relate to small business owners in efforts to help build sustainable business processes. 
2. Weekly Dive-Ins: each week we will take a deeper dive into aspects of the monthly topic in order to uncover customized strategies for process improvement. This is organized in a weekly group sessions to discuss and implement.

3. Resources: All curriculum resources will be stored on page for 24/7 reference. Feel free to jump on here and use as often as you’d like.
